So I wrote a novel called “Mountaintop.”  It is a comic, coming-of-age story about David Singer, an aspiring young worship leader. David lands his first ministry job where he quickly gets caught up in the kafka-esque absurdity of church politics in our celebrity-crazed, success-obsessed Internet Age. The failing church’s senior pastor is desperately seeking the professional religious success that he fears is passing him by. In spite of all the hidden agendas, envy and greed, God’s purpose prevails and He ultimately redeems His church.

I’m thrilled to announce that the book has made the shortlist for the “Best New Canadian Manuscript” award
